Apperate just got better! We work to continually make Apperate more valuable, based on feedback from customers like you.
Batch data queries are a new API feature for querying multiple keys across multiple datasets in a single API call. Your app will load faster with reduced latency and fewer network calls. In combination with Apperate's view capability, you can also join Core data and your workspace data, reducing the need to process and ingest multiple data sources into your app. Learn more here.
New Core Data Flexibility
We've split our company Core dataset into two: company (for stats updated daily) and company_historical (for historical stats), enabling you to enrich your data with company data, and making it simpler for you to join to the company data you need.
Easily write into a dataset from your app using a new function, apperate.write(). With apperate.write() (available in our js library) you'll get improved scale. We'll be expanding this capability over time.
Canadian unit symbols are now available in our quote endpoint.
And finally, we are continually focused on improving data quality and performance. Among the many improvements since our Beta launch, we've significantly improved the latency on our chart endpoint.
